Pet Policy

Dogs, cats, small birds and fish are permitted. The only caged pet allowed is small bird (limit of two, no bigger than a cockatiel and must be caged at all times. Any other caged animal and any animal perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited . Dogs must not exceed 60 lbs. (full grown). Proof of renters insurance is required for fish tanks measuring 10 gallons or more. Veterinary records required. A one time pet fee of $250 is required per unit, non-refundable, with a $25 monthly pet fee.
